  1. This is very awesome. I Know alot of people at the Gym that needs to know about this. I haven’t heard about it before is it a new thing just on the market?

    • Hello Cynthia,
It’s great to hear from you again, and I’m so glad that you found the post useful. People have used TENs Technology and if one wanted something more effective they really had use “therapeutic Ultrasound”. The problem is that traditional Ultrasound is only used for 5-10 minutes in clinics. Thus even if it eased pain it didn’t promote healing because of its high density bursts. The Sam Sport is portable and uses low density bursts that are long in duration, and this allows muscles to recover faster without the need of medications. This is a relatively new approach in treating chronic pain and injury recovery. I think it’s great break through in the area of pain management, and that’s why I’m happy to spread the word. Thanks for checking in.

I agree that the pain applications for ultrasound are relatively early in their development and some doctors are skeptical about their merits. Hopefully as more people experience the benefits, the skepticism of some in the medical community will go away. I think that’s going to happen.

    • I think that it’s already starting to happen, Sam. The main reason is that a lot of coaches are using the therapy for their players and finding success. I know, for example, that the therapy has been very effective in helping injured basketball players and baseball pitchers recover and get back to playing. Thanks for checking in.

I think this is a great break through in pain management. Unfortunately some in the medical community are skeptical about any portable ultrasound therapy designed to eliminate pain. These are the same people who are hostile to alternative treatments for pain relief. Hopefully wiser heads will prevail and this promising therapy will be given a chance. As someone who has suffered sports injury I can see how this therapy can be far better than reaching for the pain pills. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I will definitely spread the word about this post. Great job.

    • Hi Joel,
I’m so glad you enjoyed the post. I think as the company continues to grow, word will indeed get out. This will result in the educating of the medical community, as well as the larger patient population, on the benefits of our effective drug-free pain solution like SAM. Thanks for checking in.

  4. I love any remedy that requires no meds. And I am so happy to find out there is one for back pain. Plus, it is a speedy method too!

As we age, many of us can have chronic back pain. I am getting older, and thankfully I have no back pain or major ailment. But it is good to know. Just in case.

Also, good to know because I have my Mom who is elderly. She has not shown signs of back pain. But with this article, I am prepared.

Would you happen to know if this is available in Asia?

    • Hi Tim,
Chronic back pain can happen to any of us at any time. You’re right that we should be prepared just in case it’s our turn. According to its maker, Sam Sport is available by prescription in the US and cleared for over-the-counter sale in Europe, Canada, and Asia. So it will be available for you should the need arise. Thanks for checking in and I send well wishes to your mom.
