    Hi Thabo Nkomo, thanks for the post and the video especially. But I’m just wondering, can exercises like yoga help with right side lower back pain? My wife’s mum currently has this condition, and we’ve been to a doctor but honestly, we’ve seen just little or no changes. Looking forward to hearing from you.
