Get plenty of rest. When your body and mind are alert you are able to make decisions and have clarity of thought. This is very important in the working world as you want to be seen as someone who is capable of making the right decisions on the spot.
Work on your gift: we all have our unique sets of strengths and weaknesses. Never at any time feel too bad that you cannot perform a particular task or do not have a particular talent. No one is perfect and the fact remains, the person with good self-esteem is not even the one who is perfect, but someone who learned to accept his mistakes and continues to make himself better. Concentrate on what you are good at be it writing, music, sport or helping out other people. Work on it; join interest groups, clubs or anything that will assist to make what you have better.
