  1. Braces have come a long way in recent years and they are rapidly changing the way we deal with injuries. I think this blog is important for people who struggle with physical limitations caused by either chronic health issues or from injuries. The simplest thing to do is to give up and claim that you cannot continue to do such an such an activity based on the problem. It just is not true. Will it be as easy, no, but worth it – most certainly. I think you hit it on the nail when you go in depth about sizing. Everyone should research and possibly even try more than one product in order to find what works for them. I think some just try one thing and when it is uncomfortable, they give up. Fit is essential. Great quote at the end, it is one of my favorites, as it applies to life in its entirety.

    1. I think there’s a lot of misinformation out there that unfortunately can feed into the anxiety of someone recovering from an injury that requires he or she to use a brace. I wanted to give reasoned and informed assurance as to why one can overcome an injury with the use of a good knee brace. Yes, indeed, braces have come a long way.
