1. Hello Thabo,

I am curious as to how does CBD helps to control the urge to smoke. You have explained it very well here with good examples. I am not a smoker but on a quest to learn about this amazing CBD that has articles flooding the internet.

I have known/ seen many smokers trying to quit and have to say – to quit smoking needs determination. But with a little bit of help (with CBD), it can be easier.

Thanks for sharing this useful information.

    • Hello Sharon,
I agree with you that quitting smoking is one of the hardest things you can do and takes a lot of determination. Some smokers have tried as many as 3 to 5 times before finally quitting. Those who have tried CBD have taken much less time to quit because CBD does a good job of controlling their craving for nicotine. Thanks for checking in. I wish you the grace of good health.

  2. This is a great article as many people face the issue of trying to quit smoking. Everyone understands it is bad for you; however, the addiction is real. Having something like CBD to help quit is awesome. Do you know anyone personally that has been able to quit with CBD and how do you take the CBD to help with the addiction?

    • Hello Dena,
I don’t know anyone personally who has tried to use CBD to help quit smoking. However, the extensive research, including testimonials and case studies, have convinced me that CBD can be effective in helping people quit smoking.
Vaporizing CBD oil is a popular method of administering the oil because it mimics the hand to mouth habit that smokers prefer. They can receive the same subconscious comfort or soothing that smoking provides, only they’re not using a cigarette or producing any smoke.

I’m so glad you liked the post and found it useful. Thanks for checking in.

    • Thank you very much, Tessa. I am glad you found the information about how CBD helps you quit smoking cigarettes useful. I try my best to give readers valuable information.

  3. Amazing post about CBD and smoking, I know many people who have tried to quite smoking over and over again with no success. People have even told me the smoking patches and other products on the market they tried did not do for them what they are supposed to do, I must admit this product could change the lives of many people I know.

    • Hello Jeff,
Most recent studies on addiction, including nicotine, say that anxiety could what triggers a relapse. CBD by enabling one to manage their anxiety increases the odds that one won’t relapse and most likely kick the habit for good. I agree with you that CBD is a product that can change people’s lives. I’m glad you found the post useful. Thanks for checking in.
